Tunisia’s geographical opening onto the Mediterranean sea, the proximity of the European Union, the globalization of trade, and the constant development of the tourism sector have given significant impetus to maritime traffic. This context is favourable to significant development of maritime facilities and infrastructure, and modernization of all port facilities. In addition, maritime works have been profoundly transformed in recent decades by the progress of digital and physical modelling. It is now easy to master the study of wave propagation, improve wave theories, sediment transport and the design of quays and interior structures. Attention is also paid to the importance of environmental issues in contemporary coastal and port area development practices.
With a team firmly focused on the future and efficient management, TC Marines is constantly kept informed of recent technologies. This experience and these means are the best guarantees of the company to develop its activities and successfully address the challenges of export.
Several works have been carried out throughout the country and internationally, further specializing TC Marines in the construction of all types of wharf, especially commercial wharfs, but also specialized wharfs (grain, oil, hazardous materials, cruise ships…) on piles, sheet piles, caissons… and related works, including dredging works (with sediment management), soil treatment works (various nature drains), underwater works (certified divers).
